My workout from yesterday


Warm - Up
Squat walks? That’s what I’m going to call them.
Twice going forward, backwards, and side to side.
Plyos on the ladder

3 Sets of 15 Reps
20lb Dumbbell single arm kettle swings (15 reps each arm)
20lb Dumbbell to your chest while doing squats
Grab medicine ball over one shoulder and jog, swap sides and jog back. (I used a 25lb medicine ball for the 1st and 3rd set. The 2nd set I used a 30lb ball.)

3 Sets of 15 Reps
15lb medicine ball squat wall throws
Burpee, when you’re on the ground, two hands on medicine ball and do pushup.
Medicine ball sit ups (holding the medicine ball to your chest and your legs straight on the floor)

Plank for 3 minutes (If tired or have to reset do 10 pushups)
Light Jog for 3 minutes outside
